You can call me Samantha Jake. It’s more important to know the name of Jesus than to know the name of this writer, and all glory goes to Him. I started this blog because I feel like God gave me things to say, and hopefully they will bless, encourage, teach, and challenge readers. I’ve dabbled in a lot of things, but whatever my job, ministry, or hobby, it always comes back to loving on my God and His people. Sometimes I do this well and sometimes not so much. To give you a little context, I’m a single thirty-something female with a background in all things youth- ministry, mental health, child development- you get the idea. I’m an expert in nothing and a continuous learner to prove it. More importantly, my heart and life belong to Jesus. I know what I look like without Him and it’s not good, and I’ll always be grateful that He pursued me and caught my heart and changed me from the inside out.
